Homify customer terms.

By using Homify, you agree to use the service only for lawful design planning and visual inspiration. You are responsible for the photos, prompts, and other content you upload.

Homify generates AI visual concepts for rooms, facades, yards, patios, driveways, and other interior or exterior spaces. Generated imagery is not architectural, construction, permitting, safety, engineering, or cost advice. Verify dimensions, materials, codes, costs, and feasibility with qualified professionals before starting real work.

Credits are consumed only when a redesign or revision is successfully generated. If a generation fails inside Homify, the credit is restored automatically. Stripe handles secure payment processing, subscription billing, cancellations, and invoices through checkout and the customer portal.

You may not use Homify to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content. Homify may limit, suspend, or terminate access for misuse, security risk, chargeback abuse, or violation of these terms.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Homify is provided as-is and without warranties. Homify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from use of the service or reliance on generated images.
